Requirements​

To make sure we can meet your expectations, there are some minimum requirements for each project.
Please check this list and make sure your design meets the conditions before reaching out.

  • Completed Design - Please bring a completed deskmat design. We can't determine if it's practical and feasible to run based on just a rough sketch, written description, or similar.
  • Sized Just Right - Our usual deskmat dimensions are 900x400x4mm - if possible, please follow this size for the design, plus 15mm of vertical and horizonal bleed (915x415x4mm). We accept designs of irregular sizes, but we may have to reject it if it's too massive or tiny to be practical. We've found that 900x400 seems to be the sweet spot.
  • Sharp Eyes - If your image is a bitmap (i.e. not a vector drawing), please make sure the file is at least 300dpi - the design may be too blurry when printed otherwise.
  • Truly Yours - Your design should be yours - please don't use intellectual property and others' ideas within your design if you don't have permission to use it.
    If you are looking to run an officially licensed design, it may or may not be feasible depending on whether we can get approval from the entity owning the rights.
